Fast food with mushrooms is an efficient solution to replace lost meat proteins during this period. If served with a generous serving of mamaliguta, it becomes a real culinary feast.

400 g mushrooms

a pepper

an average onion

4 cloves of garlic

150 g tomatoes in broth

a few parsley threads




Method of preparation

Put a little oil in the frying pan in which you want to prepare the food.

After the oil has warmed, add the onion, chilli and garlic, minced. Allow to simmer for about 7 minutes or until vegetables are softened.

Meanwhile, the mushrooms are cleaned and cut into quarters. Wash and add over the quality vegetables in the oil.

Let it boil for about 10 minutes, covered with a lid. After that, put the tomatoes in the broth and leave for another 5 minutes.

Take the pot from the heat and start seasoning the food with salt, pepper and minced parsley.

Tips for a better recipe

Spices (salt, pepper and greenery) are always placed at the end of the preparation, because they will intensely flavor the food, if they are put during its preparation.

The mushroom food is delicious along with the mamaliguta.
